最重要的三件事，先说：
1. StreetCart 不经手你的钱。买卖双方直接结算，平台只记录约定和凭证。
2. 商品是卖家的，不是我们的。我们不是交易的一方，也不担保商品的真伪、品质或合法性。
3. 枪支、毒品和一切非法物品，绝对禁止。发现即删除、封号，情节严重者移交执法机关。这条没有例外。
1. 接受条款
安装、注册或使用 StreetCart 即表示你接受本条款。不接受的话，请不要使用本应用。
2. 谁可以使用
你必须年满 16 岁。如果你以商铺、公司或其他组织的名义使用，你需要有代表其接受本条款的权限。
3. 你的账号
- 一个手机号只能注册一个账号
- 账号里的信息必须真实。用假名字、假电话或别人的身份注册，我们会封号
- 你要为账号下发生的一切负责。手机丢了或被别人拿到，尽快联系我们
- 被封禁后另注册一个账号绕过封禁，是违规行为
4. 我们扮演什么角色
StreetCart 是一个本地信息集市。我们做的事是：把附近的卖家和买家放在同一个地方，让商品被看见，让订单被记录。
我们不做的事：
- 不代收代付货款 —— 钱从买家直接到卖家
- 不是买卖合同的一方 —— 合同在你和对方之间
- 不担保商品的真实性、品质、来源或合法性
- 不担保卖家一定会发货，也不担保买家一定会付款
- 不提供配送服务 —— 送货由卖家或第三方完成
5. 买家的责任
- 付款前先看清楚商品、数量、成色和价格
- 尽量在公共、安全、熟悉的地方交易
- 贵重物品慎用先转账后收货
- 发现违法、诈骗或侵权内容，立刻用商品页上的「举报」按钮
- 下单前请确认地址和电话正确 —— 卖家送错了地方，责任在填错的一方
6. 卖家的责任
- 如实描述商品、成色、价格和库存。照片必须是你实际要卖的东西，用别人的图或不相关的图，商品会被下架
- 接单就要履行。接了单又反复不送，会被暂停卖家权限
- 保持店铺电话畅通。买家联系不上卖家，是绝大多数纠纷的起点
- 收款二维码必须是你自己的账户。用别人的账户收款，店铺关停
- 遵守缅甸法律，包括但不限于经营许可、税务和特定商品的管制规定
- 你对自己发布的一切内容负责，包括文字、图片和联系方式
卖家订阅费
新卖家有 30 天免费试用。之后需要订阅才能继续发布商品：

订阅费是平台使用费，不是交易佣金 —— 我们不从你的每笔订单里抽成。
订阅一经生效不予退款，除非是我们这边的服务故障导致你在订阅期内无法正常使用。订阅到期后商品会停止展示，但你的账号和历史数据保留。
价格变动我们会提前 30 天在应用内通知；已经付过费的订阅期按原价执行到期满。
7. 绝对禁止的物品与行为
以下内容一律禁止，没有商量余地。系统自动检测 + 用户举报 + 人工复核，三道关。违反者立即封号，涉嫌犯罪的移交执法机关。
- 毒品 —— 麻醉品、精神药物、制毒原料及相关器具
- 枪支弹药 —— 枪械、子弹、爆炸物、军警用品、管制刀具及一切武器类物品
- 假证假币赃物 —— 伪造证件、假币、来源不明或盗窃所得的物品，以及协助非法交易的服务
- 假货与盗版 —— 仿冒品、盗版内容、未经授权使用他人品牌商标或著作权的商品
- 野生动植物制品 —— 象牙、受保护动植物及其制品
- 危险化学品与处方药 —— 易燃易爆物品、处方药物及需特别许可的管制商品
- 非法服务 —— 性服务、人口贩运、赌博、诈骗、洗钱及任何违法服务
- 任何违反缅甸法律、违反平台规则，或可能伤害他人的内容
此外还禁止
- 发布虚假信息、钓鱼链接、传销或诈骗内容
- 骚扰、威胁、歧视或仇恨言论
- 滥用举报功能去打击竞争对手 —— 恶意举报同样会被记录和处理
- 用机器人批量注册、批量发布或抓取平台数据
- 试图绕过安全措施、访问不属于你的数据
8. 举报与处置
- 每个商品详情页都有「举报」按钮，可以举报违禁品、诈骗、假货和不当内容
- 一个商品被足够多的不同用户举报后，系统会自动隐藏它，等待人工复核
- 反复被高风险举报的卖家，卖家权限会被暂停，等待复核
- 系统会对商品的标题、描述和标签做违禁词自动检测。命中的内容会被自动隐藏
- 恶意举报也会被记录。我们综合看举报次数、理由、商品内容、订单记录和人工复核结果
如果你的商品或账号被处置了
你会在应用里收到通知，说明原因。如果你认为处置有误，可以申诉：在应用内「帮助与反馈」提交，或写信到 support@rayspringtech.com。我们会在 7 个工作日内回复。
涉及枪支、毒品等硬性违禁品的处置不受理申诉。
9. 退款与纠纷
- 平台不经手货款，所以退款是买卖双方之间的事。平台记录的是约定和凭证，不是资金
- 已付款的订单被取消时，卖家可以在订单页把状态标为「退款中」再标为「已退款」，作为双方的书面记录
- 谈不拢的话，任何一方都可以举报这笔订单。我们会看订单记录、转账凭证和沟通记录，然后给出意见
- 我们的意见不是法律裁决。金额较大或涉嫌诈骗的，请报警并保留全部证据
10. 内容与知识产权
你发布的文字和图片版权仍然是你的。但你授权我们在平台内展示、缩放、缓存和分发这些内容，用于让买家看到你的商品 —— 这个授权在你删除内容或注销账号后终止（已完成订单的记录除外，见隐私政策）。
你保证你发布的内容不侵犯他人的权利。别人的图、别人的品牌、别人的作品，不要拿来用。
StreetCart 的名称、标志、界面设计和代码归 RayspringTech 所有。
11. 暂停与终止
我们可以在以下情况暂停或终止你的账号：违反本条款；发布禁止物品；欺诈行为；反复被投诉；法律要求。
严重违规（尤其是第 7 条第 1、2 项）立即封停，不预先通知。其他情况我们会尽量先通知。
你也可以随时注销账号 —— 见隐私政策第 8 节或直接用 删除账号表单。
12. 免责声明与责任限制
应用按「现状」提供。我们尽力让它稳定可用，但不承诺永不中断、永无错误。
在法律允许的最大范围内，对于以下情况我们不承担责任：
- 买卖双方之间的纠纷、货款损失或商品问题
- 你在线下交易中的人身或财产损失
- 因网络中断、服务商故障导致的服务不可用
- 第三方（卖家、买家、配送方、支付服务商）的行为
如果法律最终认定我们需要承担赔偿责任，赔偿总额不超过你在过去 12 个月内向我们支付的费用（对绝大多数用户是零，因为买家不付费）。
本条不排除法律规定不可排除的责任。
13. 条款变更
条款有实质性变更时，我们会更新本页日期并在应用内通知。变更生效后继续使用，视为接受。不接受的话，请注销账号。
14. 适用法律
本条款适用缅甸联邦共和国法律。争议应先尝试友好协商；协商不成的，提交缅甸有管辖权的法院。
本条款某一条被认定无效的，其余条款继续有效。

Terms of Service

Three things first, because they matter most:
1. StreetCart never handles your money. Buyer and seller settle directly; the platform records the agreement and the evidence.
2. The goods belong to the seller, not to us. We are not a party to the transaction and we do not guarantee that any item is genuine, sound or lawful.
3. Weapons, drugs and anything illegal are absolutely forbidden. Found means removed and banned, and referred to law enforcement where serious. There is no exception to this one.
1. Accepting these terms
Installing, registering for or using StreetCart means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 16 years old. If you use the app on behalf of a shop, company or other organisation, you must have authority to accept these terms for it.
3. Your account
- One phone number, one account
- Your account details must be true. Registering under a false name, a false number or someone else's identity gets the account banned
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you lose your phone or someone else gets hold of it, contact us quickly
- Creating a new account to get around a ban is itself a violation
4. What we actually are
StreetCart is a local information marketplace. What we do is put nearby sellers and buyers in the same place, so goods can be seen and orders can be recorded.
What we do not do:
- Hold or forward payment — money goes from buyer straight to seller
- Act as a party to the sale — the contract is between you and the other person
- Guarantee that goods are genuine, sound, lawfully sourced or legal
- Guarantee that a seller will deliver, or that a buyer will pay
- Provide delivery — that is done by the seller or a third party
5. If you are buying
- Check the item, quantity, condition and price before you pay
- Meet in public, safe, familiar places wherever you can
- Be careful about transferring money in advance for anything valuable
- If you see illegal, fraudulent or infringing content, use the Report button on the product page straight away
- Check your address and phone number before ordering — if a delivery goes to the wrong place because the details were wrong, that is on whoever entered them
6. If you are selling
- Describe honestly — item, condition, price and stock. Photos must be of what you are actually selling; someone else's photos or unrelated images get the listing removed
- Accepting an order means fulfilling it. Repeatedly accepting and not delivering suspends your selling access
- Keep the shop phone number working. A buyer who cannot reach a seller is where most disputes begin
- The payment QR must be your own account. Collecting into someone else's closes the shop
- Follow Myanmar law, including business licensing, tax, and the rules for regulated goods
- You are responsible for everything you publish — text, photos and contact details
Seller subscription
New sellers get a 30-day free trial. After that a subscription is needed to keep listing:

The subscription is a platform fee, not a commission — we take no cut of your individual orders.
Subscriptions are non-refundable once active, unless a failure on our side made the service unusable during the period you paid for. When a subscription lapses your listings stop being shown, but your account and history remain.
We give 30 days' notice in the app before any price change; a subscription already paid for runs to its end at the old price.
7. Absolutely prohibited
The following are forbidden without exception. Three layers apply: automatic detection, user reports, and human review. Violations mean immediate ban, and referral to law enforcement where a crime is suspected.
- Drugs — narcotics, controlled and psychotropic substances, precursor materials and related equipment
- Weapons — firearms, ammunition, explosives, military and police equipment, restricted blades, and anything weapon-related
- Forged documents, counterfeit currency, stolen goods — including goods of unknown origin and services that assist illegal trade
- Counterfeits and piracy — fakes, pirated content, and anything using another party's brand, trademark or copyright without authorisation
- Wildlife products — ivory, protected species and products made from them
- Dangerous chemicals and prescription medicines — flammables, explosives, prescription drugs and goods needing special permits
- Illegal services — sexual services, human trafficking, gambling, fraud, money laundering, and any unlawful service
- Anything that breaks Myanmar law, breaks these rules, or may harm other people
Also prohibited
- False listings, phishing links, pyramid schemes and scams
- Harassment, threats, discrimination and hate speech
- Abusing the report function against competitors — malicious reports are logged and acted on too
- Bulk registration, bulk posting or scraping the platform with automated tools
- Attempting to bypass security controls or reach data that is not yours
8. Reports and enforcement
- Every product page has a Report button for prohibited goods, scams, counterfeits and inappropriate content
- Once a listing is reported by enough distinct users, the system hides it automatically pending human review
- A seller repeatedly drawing high-risk reports has selling access suspended pending review
- Listing titles, descriptions and tags are checked automatically against a prohibited-term list. Matches are hidden automatically
- Malicious reports are logged as well. We weigh report counts, reasons, listing content, order history and human review together
If your listing or account is actioned
You will be told in the app, with the reason. If you believe it was wrong, you may appeal: through Help & Feedback in the app, or by writing to support@rayspringtech.com. We reply within 7 working days.
Actions involving hard-prohibited categories such as weapons and drugs are not open to appeal.
9. Refunds and disputes
- We never hold the money, so refunds happen between buyer and seller. What the platform records is the agreement and the evidence, not the funds
- When a paid order is cancelled, the seller can mark it Refunding and then Refunded on the order page, as a written record for both sides
- If you cannot agree, either side can report the order. We look at the order record, the transfer evidence and the messages, then give an opinion
- Our opinion is not a legal ruling. For large amounts or suspected fraud, go to the police and keep all your evidence
10. Content and intellectual property
The text and photos you publish stay yours. You grant us permission to display, resize, cache and distribute them within the platform so buyers can see your goods — a permission that ends when you delete the content or close your account (except for completed-order records; see the Privacy Policy).
You confirm that what you publish does not infringe anyone else's rights. Do not use other people's photos, brands or work.
The StreetCart name, logo, interface design and code belong to RayspringTech.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, list prohibited items, act fraudulently, draw repeated valid complaints, or where the law requires it.
Serious violations — particularly items 1 and 2 of section 7 — result in immediate suspension without prior notice. Otherwise we try to warn you first.
You may close your account at any time — see section 8 of the Privacy Policy, or use the deletion form.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it stable and available, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted or never contain errors.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for:
- Disputes between buyer and seller, lost payments, or problems with goods
- Injury or loss of property arising from an in-person transaction
- Unavailability caused by network outages or provider failures
- The conduct of third parties — sellers, buyers, couriers, payment providers
If we are ultimately found liable, total liability will not exceed what you paid us in the preceding 12 months — which for most users is nothing, since buyers pay us nothing.
Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
13. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms materially we update the date on this page and tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change takes effect means accepting it. If you do not accept, please close your account.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Disputes should first be attempted in good faith between the parties; failing that, they go to a competent court in Myanmar.
If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force.

၁။ စည်းကမ်းချက်များကို လက်ခံခြင်း
StreetCart ကို ထည့်သွင်းခြင်း၊ အကောင့်ဖွင့်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အသုံးပြုခြင်းသည် ဤစည်းကမ်းချက်များကို လက်ခံခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။ လက်မခံပါက အက်ပ်ကို အသုံးမပြုပါနှင့်။

- အကောင့်အချက်အလက်များ မှန်ကန်ရမည်။ အမည်အတု၊ ဖုန်းအတု သို့မဟုတ် သူတစ်ပါး၏ အထောက်အထားဖြင့် အကောင့်ဖွင့်ပါက ပိတ်သိမ်းမည်
- သင့်အကောင့်အောက်တွင် ဖြစ်ပျက်သမျှအတွက် သင် တာဝန်ရှိသည်။ ဖုန်းပျောက်ပါက သို့မဟုတ် သူတစ်ပါးလက်ရောက်ပါက အမြန်ဆက်သွယ်ပါ
- ပိတ်ဆို့ခံရပြီးနောက် အကောင့်အသစ်ဖွင့်၍ ရှောင်လွှဲခြင်းသည် စည်းကမ်းချိုးဖောက်မှု ဖြစ်သည်
၄။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် အမှန်တကယ် ဘာဖြစ်သနည်း
StreetCart သည် ဒေသတွင်း သတင်းအချက်အလက် ဈေးကွက် ဖြစ်သည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ လုပ်ဆောင်သည်မှာ— အနီးအနားရှိ ရောင်းသူနှင့် ဝယ်သူကို နေရာတစ်ခုတည်းတွင် စုစည်းပေးခြင်း၊ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများ မြင်သာစေခြင်း၊ အော်ဒါများ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။
ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ မလုပ်ဆောင်သည်များ—
- ငွေကို ကိုင်တွယ်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် လွှဲပြောင်းပေးခြင်း — ငွေသည် ဝယ်သူထံမှ ရောင်းသူထံ တိုက်ရိုက် ရောက်သည်
