一句话版本：我们收集的东西，只够让你登录、下单、收货。你下单时，卖家会看到你的姓名、电话和送货地址 —— 因为他要送到你手上。除此之外，我们不把你的资料卖给任何人，也不用它投广告。
1. 谁在运营这个应用
StreetCart（路边摊）由 RayspringTech 独立运营（个体经营者）。本政策中的「我们」指 RayspringTech。

2. 我们收集什么
下面这张表是穷举的 —— 应用的数据库里凡是和你个人有关的字段，都在这里。

我们明确不收集的
- 通讯录、短信、通话记录 —— 应用根本没有申请这些权限
- 麦克风录音 —— 这个权限已经从应用里移除了
- 后台位置追踪 —— 应用关掉之后不读取任何位置
- 广告标识符（Advertising ID）—— 我们不投广告，也不接广告网络
- 你在本应用之外的浏览行为
- 银行卡号、密码等支付凭证 —— 收款走 KBZ Pay 等第三方，应用里不经手
我们不出售你的个人资料，一条也不卖。不做广告定向，不做数据交易，不和数据经纪商合作。
3. 我们拿这些做什么
- 让你登录 —— 手机号 + 验证码，或 Google 账号
- 让订单能送到 —— 卖家需要你的姓名、电话、地址
- 显示附近的东西 —— 城市和街区决定首页给你看什么
- 发通知 —— 订单被接受、在路上、已送达
- 防止欺诈和违禁品 —— 自动检测违禁词，处理举报，必要时封禁账号
- 改进应用 —— 搜索记录帮我们发现「搜了没结果」的词；崩溃报告帮我们修 bug
我们不拿它做：广告定向、信用评分、卖给第三方、或者训练对外的 AI 模型。
4. 谁能看到你的资料
你下单时，卖家会看到
你的姓名、电话号码、送货地址和订单备注会给到这笔订单的卖家。这是送货必需的，无法关闭。
如果你不想让卖家知道你家在哪，请在结账时选择自提 —— 那样卖家只会看到你的姓名和电话。
公开可见的
- 卖家的店铺名称、所在城市与街区、联系方式（Viber / 电话 / Messenger）、评分
- 商品的标题、描述、照片、价格
- 评价的星级、文字和评价者的昵称（不含电话或地址）
其他买家看不到的
你的电话号码、收货地址、订单历史、搜索记录、收藏 —— 除了跟你交易的那个卖家，其他用户一律看不到。这一点是在数据库层面用行级安全策略（RLS）强制的，不是靠界面藏起来。
我们（平台）会看的情况
只在这几种时候：处理你提交的举报或反馈；调查涉嫌欺诈或违禁商品；法律强制要求。我们不会因为好奇去翻你的订单。
5. 帮我们运行服务的第三方

这些服务商的服务器可能位于你所在国家之外。使用本应用即表示你理解你的资料会被传输到这些地方。
6. 保存多久
- 账号资料 —— 你的账号存在期间一直保存
- 订单记录 —— 订单完成后保留 3 年（用于处理纠纷、退款和卖家的账目）
- 付款凭证截图 —— 订单完成后 180 天，之后自动删除
- 订阅付款记录与转账短信原文 —— 3 年（会计与税务）
- 搜索记录 —— 90 天
- 推送令牌 —— 直到你关闭通知或卸载应用
- 崩溃报告 —— 90 天
7. 你的权利
- 查看 —— 你的资料大部分在应用里就能看到（个人资料、地址、订单、收藏）。要一份完整导出，写信给我们
- 更正 —— 应用内「我的 → 编辑资料」随时改
- 删除 —— 见下一节
- 撤回同意 —— 关掉通知、关掉定位权限，随时
- 投诉 —— 写信给我们；如果你所在地有数据保护机构，你也可以向它投诉
8. 删除你的账号
两条路，任选：
- 在应用里：「我的 → 账号与安全 → 删除账号」
- 已经卸载了应用：用这个网页表单 → 申请删除账号
会被删掉的
你的手机号、邮箱、昵称、头像、收货地址、搜索记录、收藏、推送令牌、偏好设置、你提交的举报，以及你发布的所有商品和照片。
不会被删掉的（以及为什么）

删除请求会在 30 天内处理完成。备份中的副本最多再过 90 天被覆盖。
9. 安全措施
- 所有网络通信走 HTTPS 加密
- 数据库开启行级安全策略（RLS）—— 每一张表都强制「只能读写属于你的行」，不是靠应用代码自觉
- 付款凭证存在私有存储空间，用限时签名链接访问，不是公开网址
- 应用不存储你的密码明文；手机号登录用一次性验证码
但是要说实话：没有任何系统是绝对安全的。如果发生了影响到你的数据泄露，我们会尽快通知你。
10. 未成年人
本应用不面向 16 岁以下人士。我们不会有意收集 16 岁以下人士的个人资料。如果你认为有未成年人向我们提供了资料，请联系我们，我们会删除。
11. 政策变更
政策有实质性改动时，我们会更新本页顶部的日期，并在应用内提示你。继续使用应用即表示接受更新后的政策。

Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect what is needed to sign you in, take your order, and get it to your door. When you place an order, the seller sees your name, phone number and delivery address — because they have to bring it to you. Beyond that, we do not sell your data to anyone and we do not use it for advertising.
1. Who runs this app
StreetCart is operated by RayspringTech, a sole proprietorship. "We" in this policy means RayspringTech.

2. What we collect
This table is exhaustive. Every field in the app's database that relates to you personally is listed here.

What we deliberately do not collect
- Contacts, SMS messages or call logs — the app does not request those permissions at all
- Microphone audio — that permission has been removed from the app
- Background location — nothing is read once the app is closed
- Advertising ID — we run no ads and work with no ad network
- Your browsing outside this app
- Card numbers or payment credentials — payment runs through KBZ Pay and similar; the app never handles them
We do not sell your personal data. Not one field. No ad targeting, no data trading, no data brokers.
3. What we use it for
- Signing you in — phone number plus one-time code, or your Google account
- Getting orders delivered — the seller needs your name, phone and address
- Showing you what's nearby — your city and neighbourhood decide what the home screen shows
- Notifying you — order accepted, on the way, delivered
- Preventing fraud and prohibited goods — automatic term detection, handling reports, suspending accounts when necessary
- Improving the app — search history shows us which searches return nothing; crash reports let us fix bugs
We do not use it for ad targeting, credit scoring, resale, or training any AI model for outside use.
4. Who can see your data
The seller, when you order
Your name, phone number, delivery address and order notes go to that order's seller. Delivery is impossible without them, so this cannot be turned off.
If you would rather a seller not know where you live, choose pickup at checkout — they will then see only your name and phone number.
Public
- A seller's shop name, city and neighbourhood, contact methods (Viber / phone / Messenger), and rating
- Product titles, descriptions, photos and prices
- Review ratings, review text and the reviewer's display name (never their phone or address)
Hidden from other buyers
Your phone number, delivery addresses, order history, search history and favourites are visible to no other user except the seller you are transacting with. This is enforced in the database with row-level security, not merely hidden in the interface.
When we look
Only to handle a report or feedback you submitted, to investigate suspected fraud or prohibited listings, or where the law compels us. We do not browse your orders out of curiosity.
5. Third parties that help us run the service

These providers may run servers outside your country. By using the app you understand your data is transferred to them.
6. How long we keep it
- Account data — for as long as your account exists
- Order records — 3 years after completion (disputes, refunds, and the seller's books)
- Payment-proof screenshots — 180 days after the order completes, then deleted automatically
- Subscription payment records and the raw transfer SMS — 3 years (accounting and tax)
- Search history — 90 days
- Push tokens — until you turn notifications off or uninstall
- Crash reports — 90 days
7. Your rights
- Access — most of your data is visible in the app already (profile, addresses, orders, favourites). Write to us for a full export
- Correction — Profile → Edit profile, any time
- Deletion — see the next section
- Withdraw consent — turn off notifications or revoke the location permission, any time
- Complain — write to us, and if your country has a data protection authority you may complain to it
8. Deleting your account
Two ways, whichever suits:
- In the app: Profile → Account & security → Delete account
- Already uninstalled? Use this web form → Request account deletion
What gets deleted
Your phone number, email, display name, avatar, delivery addresses, search history, favourites, push tokens, preferences, reports you filed, and every product and photo you published.
What is kept, and why

Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Copies in backups are overwritten within a further 90 days.
9. Security
- All network traffic is encrypted with HTTPS
- The database enforces row-level security — every table requires that you can only read and write rows that belong to you. This is not left to application code to remember
- Payment proofs live in private storage and are reached through short-lived signed links, never a public URL
- The app stores no plaintext password; phone login uses one-time codes
Honestly, though: no system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will tell you as quickly as we can.
10. Children
This app is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy materially, we update the date at the top of this page and tell you inside the app. Continuing to use the app means accepting the updated policy.
