删除你的账号
还装着应用的话，在应用里删更快 —— 而且是立刻生效的：
打开 StreetCart → 我的 → 账号与安全 → 删除账号
已经卸载了，或者进不去账号，就用下面这个表单。
会删掉什么
你的手机号、邮箱、昵称、头像、收货地址、搜索记录、收藏、推送令牌、偏好设置、你提交过的举报，以及你发布的所有商品和照片。
什么会留下，以及为什么
- 已完成订单的记录（金额、日期、商品）会保留，但去掉你的姓名、电话和地址。因为跟你交易过的那一方，账目和税务记录里必须有这笔交易 —— 一方删号不能把另一方的账抹掉。
- 你写过的评价会改成「已注销用户」署名，而不是直接删除，否则卖家的评分会因为买家删号而失真。
- 如果你的账号是因违规被封禁的，我们会保留最少限度的封禁记录，防止删号重注册绕过封禁。
这个操作不可撤销。删除完成后，账号和上面列出的数据无法恢复。
提交申请
为了防止有人拿别人的手机号来删别人的账号，这个表单不会立刻删号。我们会先用你填的手机号联系你、确认是你本人，然后才执行。
确认之后，删除会在 30 天内完成。备份里的副本最多再过 90 天被覆盖。
或者直接写邮件：把你的注册手机号发到 support@rayspringtech.com， 主题写「删除账号」。效果一样。
Delete your account
If you still have the app, deleting from inside it is faster — and takes effect immediately:

What gets deleted
Your phone number, email, display name, avatar, delivery addresses, search history, favourites, push tokens, preferences, reports you filed, and every product and photo you published.
What stays, and why
- Completed order records (amount, date, items) are kept, but with your name, phone and address stripped out. The person on the other side of that trade needs it in their books and tax records — one party closing an account cannot erase the other party's accounts.
- Reviews you wrote are re-attributed to "Deleted user" rather than removed, because otherwise a seller's rating would shift every time a buyer closed their account.
- If your account was banned for violations, we keep a minimal suspension record so that deleting and re-registering cannot be used to evade the ban.
This cannot be undone. Once deletion completes, the account and the data listed above cannot be recovered.
Submit a request
So that nobody can delete someone else's account by typing their phone number, this form does not delete anything immediately. We contact you on the number you give, confirm it is really you, and only then carry it out.
After confirmation, deletion completes within 30 days. Copies in backups are overwritten within a further 90 days.
